User Content Standard

USER CONTENT STANDARDS

In order to serve better to our users, we maintain some standards for the User Submitted Contents (User Content) by our users who would like to submit/share their content on our website. All the User Content must comply with the below standards in order to appear on our website. Failing to maintain the below mentioned content standard on contents submitted/shared by user may lead to ban user from submitting/sharing content on our website or even may lead to ban user permanently from using our website. We reserve all the rights to remove any content or ban any user temporarily or permanently at our sole discretion when we believe the user violating our content standard.

  1. These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to the Site (“Contributions”), and to any Interactive Services associated with it.
  2. You must comply with the spirit of the following standards as well as the letter. The standards apply to each part of any Contribution as well as to its whole.
  3. Contributions must:
    1. be accurate (where they state facts);
    2. be genuinely held (where they state opinions); and
    3. comply with applicable laws in India and in any country from which the Contributions are posted.
  4. Contributions must not:
    1. contain any material which is defamatory;
    2. contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
    3. promote sexually explicit material;
    4. promote violence;
    5. promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
    6. infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person or organization;
    7. be likely to deceive any person;
    8. be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
    9. promote any illegal activity;
    10. be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
    11. be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
    12. be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
    13. give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case; or
    14. advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
