You can request permanent deletion of your It's My Circle account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit your request and what happens to your information.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@itsmycircle.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" , from the email address or phone number linked to your account.
Request Account Deletion →To help us find and verify your account, please include:
- The email address, phone number, or username registered on your account.
- Your full name as it appears on your profile.
We will verify your request and permanently delete your account within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.
What gets deleted
Once your deletion request has been verified, the following account-related information will be permanently deleted unless a legal retention requirement applies.

| Profile information | Name, bio, photos, interests, gender, and date of birth are permanently deleted. |
| Location data | Permanently deleted. |
| Chat messages | Permanently deleted. |
| Events | Events you hosted or applied to are permanently deleted or anonymized where required. |
| Call history | Permanently deleted. |
| Email address & phone number | Permanently deleted from your account. |
What may be retained, and for how long
Certain information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or platform-safety purposes.
| Data | Retention reason & period |
|---|---|
| Payment / transaction records | Purchases of coins, gifts, VIP, or other paid services may be retained for up to 7 years where required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance. Such records are not linked to your active profile after deletion. |
| User reports | Reports you filed against other users, or reports filed against you, may be retained for up to 1 year for safety, moderation, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. |
Before you delete your account
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot normally be reversed.
- You may lose access to your matches, conversations, profile information, and other account features.
- Deleting the app from your phone does not automatically delete your account.
- If you have an active paid subscription, check your Google Play or App Store subscription settings separately to manage or cancel it.
